Once an order is received we will email you to confirm receipt and your method of payment.
All orders must be paid in full prior to goods being dispatched.
Delivery & Handling
My Munchkin Home delivers Australia-wide using Australia Post. For international destinations please email us prior to placing your order to allow for provision of an accurate shipping and handling quotation.
Postage within Australia is calculated on the order size that you have purchased. This amount will be calculated at check out.
All orders are dispatched within 1 - 5 business days of payment receipt. Most orders are sent on the next business day.
Rarely does an unavoidable delay occur at My Munchkin Home. Although should this occur, you will be notified by My Munchkin Home immediately on the status of your order.
To ensure your purchase is delivered safely please arrange for either yourself or someone you have orgainsed to be available to sign to receive your delivery. Please consider this when making a purchase and complete the delivery address on your order form.
If you are purchasing products as a gift, My Munchkin Home is more than happy to gift wrap and arrange delivery to your recipient. Please ensure that the correct delivery address is noted on your order. Gift wrapping is charged at $2.95 per Giant decal.
Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken. Just note in the comments field if you would like insurance for your order and we will contact you.
