Orders
Once an order is received we will email you to confirm receipt and your method of payment. If you have processed an order for our wall stickers and do not receive a confirmation email order please contact us.
All orders must be paid in full prior to goods being dispatched including all custom wall sticker orders and furniture.
If you are unsure if your order has been completed or you do not receive a confirmation email then please email us at orders@mymunchkinhome.com.au and we will look into your wall sticker decal order to ensure it is processed.
Delivery & Handling
My Munchkin Home delivers Australia-wide using Australia Post. For international destinations please email us prior to placing your order to allow for provision of an accurate shipping and handling quotation.
Postage within Australia is calculated on the order size that you have purchased. This amount will be calculated at check out and added to your wall sticker order.
We understand that customers want to change their rooms as soon as possible so we have limited the time you have to wait. All orders are dispatched within 1 - 9 business days of payment receipt. We actually aim to have our wall sticker and decals shipped and on their way to you within a week of ordering so you can create your room as soon as possible.
Rarely does an unavoidable delay occur at My Munchkin Home. Although should this occur, you will be notified by My Munchkin Home immediately on the status of your order of wall stickers.
To ensure your wall decal purchase is delivered safely please arrange for either yourself or someone you have orgainsed to be available to sign to receive your delivery. Please consider this when making a purchase and complete the delivery address on your order form. We do not allow ordeers to be left outside of ront doors etc as extra safety so you will need to sign for your wall decal order. If you are not home at the time of delivery Australia Post will leave a card in your letter box advising your parcel is awaiting collection at your local Australia Post office. At times Australia Post do not leave these cards or the cards are blown out of letterboxes so please contact us if your order has not arrived and will will track your order for you asap.
If you are sending your wall sticker order to a work/office address please ensure you include the name of the company at the address in your order delivery details to avoid delay in your parcel being delivered incorrectly.
If you are purchasing products as a gift, My Munchkin Home is more than happy to gift wrap and arrange delivery to your recipient. Please ensure that the correct delivery address is noted on your order. Gift wrapping is charged at $2.95 per wall sticker and wall decal.
Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken. Just note in the comments field if you would like insurance for your order and we will contact you with details.
All My Munchkin Home wall stickers and wall decals are shipped in a custom postal tube to ensure their safe arrival. If your order arrives and has damage please advise us and take your order to your nearest Australia Post outlet.
cARIBOO ORDERS
Orders for all Cariboo New Zealand products will be dispatched within 5-10 business days. Please note that Cariboo orders are unable to be gift wrapped due to size of parcels. All other shipping information as per above details for delivery and handling.
Holiday Season Shipping
Your removable wall art stickers will be shipped as per our standard delivery time frame above. If you require your wall stickers faster please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate.
