What are wall stickers and wall decals? What are they made from?
Our wall stickers and wall decals are made from a very thin matt vinyl product. This gives the decal the look that it has been painted on and makes it harder for little fingers to remove. Decals are great due to looking like they are painted on as it would be costly to hire a painter.
Why use wall stickers and wall decals?
Kids love to have colour in their room and we all love that touch of something special on the wall. So rather than damaging the wall by hanging a picture and using hooks, use a wall sticker decal instead. Its a quick easy way to decorate your plain walls!
Will they stick to all wall surfaces?
Wall stickers and wall Decals require a smooth flat surface. They are best stuck to plaster walls, glass windows, tiles etc. Wall Decals will not adhere to brick walls or rough wall surfaces. You can adhere the wall stickers to glass such as windows and to mirrors as well.
I have just painted my walls, how long till I can adhere my wall sticker decals?
It is recommended to wait at least 3 weeks after freshly painting walls before you adhere your wall stickers. This is due to the way paint drys on your walls. However, this is only a general guide as all paint contains different additives.
When its time for a change how do I remove my wall stickers and wall decals?
To remove your wall sticker / wall decal simply lift one edge of the wall sticker and remove on a 45 degree angle. Slowly peel downwards and the wall sticker will lift off the wall with ease.
Can the wall stickers / wall decals be re-applied?
Due to the size of our wall sticker decals they can not be repositioned. Some clients have moved small decals such as the butterflies and the custom names with ease. Though it would be a little tricky to move something as big as a Pirate Ship!
Are the giant wall decals in one piece?
No, due to the grand scale of our removable wall sticker decal designs items such as the my elephant wall sticker arrives in 2 panels and will slightly overlap. On pale coloured walls this overlapped section may appear darker in certain light.

Do you ship your wall stickers Overseas ?
Yes, we do. On checkout after entering your full address, shipping costs will be calculated for you. If you are unsure please email us your location and the wall stickers you are interested in purchasing and we will happily advise the cost of postage.
I have just placed my order how long till my order is shipped ?
We endeavor to ship your order as soon as possible as we understand you want to complete your rooms! Our maximum time frame is 9 business days, though most orders are shipped within a week of being ordered.
I love one of your designs though want extra parts, do you sell extra pieces as well?
Yes, we do. From time to time we understand that you may want for example an extra set of leaves for your Enchanted Tree Wall sticker design. If this is the case please email us and we can custom make extra pieces for you.
I am after a particular theme, can you help ?
Yes, we can customise a wall sticker decal for you. We also have a number of designs in the pipeline so please email us to ask you never know we might be just about to release a new design that suits your interest.
I can not decide which colour, can you mail a sample?
We would be happy to mail you a sample if you are stuck on which colour suits your room best.
How long does delivery take for wall stickers to be sent overseas?
Your wall stickers are shipped via air mail. Depending on your location your wall stickers will take 6-15 business days in transit to arrive once sent.
Will the wall stickers work if stuck on glass such as windows?
Yes our wall stickers and wall decals look great on windows from both sides.
Are your wall stickers and decals designs easily applied?
Yes. We ensure our designs not only look great on your walls, we also provide full instructions with your wall stickers to make sure you get the best result.
Can I use wall stickers in my bathroom?
Yes you sure can, wall stickers in a bathroom work very well as this room usually has limited space for decorating other than wall space. For using in wet area’s such as bathrooms do not shower or allow steam into the room at least 3 hours before you apply your wall stickers. Once applied its best to leave for a minimum of 3 hours before jumping in the shower.
Why use wall stickers over wall stencils?
Wall stickers are much quicker and easier to apply without any mess! Also when it’s time for an update or maybe another baby is arriving into the family home and the nursery needs to be changed you can easily do so with removable wall stickers and wall decals.
With wall quotes stickers do I have to adhere each letter individually?
No, this would take you a long time and would be difficult to align. All wall decals and quote stickers are pre-spaced to ensure the best looking wall quote stickers for your walls. Note if you are after a custom quote contact us for a well a quote!
How big are the wall stickers?
All of our wall stickers and decals are different sizes so depends on the design you have chosen. All of our wall stickers designs have the size of the design on our website under each specific wall sticker design.
