My Munchkin Home does not offer refunds, we are happy to exchange products within 14 days of shipment if the item is unopened and all packaging and labels are in tact. Items must be returned in perfect condition in original shipping packaging. Please note it will be the buyer's obligation to cover all additional postage costs. Sale or discontinued items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Please note that custom products such as "my name is" decals are not exchangeable please ensure correct spelling at time of order. If you are unsure of which colour to choose from our colour swatches please contact us and we will happily post you a sample in your chosen colour for your wall sticker/wall decal.
Faulty Goods:
In the rare instance that an item is faulty, the purchaser must contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of notification of the fault. Any faults found to have been caused through neglect or intentional misuse will instantly void this guarantee.
Wall stickers and decals that do not stick to high oil content products such as wash and wear paint products are not deemed faulty. These wash and wear products are made to repel items from sticking to them. If unsure ask us for a sample to test on your walls.
We are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.
